What if something arrives damaged?

Cross-border shipping can dent or scuff the outer carton — that's normal, and the product inside is packed to stay protected. If the product itself arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the damaged part free of charge.

Can you quote my whole renovation?

Yes. Send us your list or floor plan, number of bathrooms and preferred finishes, and we'll put together one quote.
